It’s a mystery
The late twentieth century delusion of certainty is cracking up and it’s important we don’t crack up with it. It’s only a small side step from uncertainty to mystery, but its so much more reassuring to live in a mystery than to live in uncertainty. Our ancestors lived in a mystery for millions of years, it’s in our DNA, it’s familiar to us. To make the side step back into mystery just takes surrender, a humbing, not knowing, accepting surrender. And it feels wonderful. It hasnt stopped me being interested, I literally never stop studying and pondering the nature of the mystery. The beautiful thing is, the more I know, the bigger the mystery gets. Bigger, yet more familiar.
