FIrst Post, first steps

This is just a space where I will post my thoughts and updates on the journey. The six months after closing the shop have been healing and restful, a time of recovery. The time has been mostly spent on a beautiful stretch of the Thames, boat sitting for a friend and I’ve used the time to recover, recoup and refresh the teachings in which I have shared over the years. Its been a precious time, which I feel so lucky to have had, after a very challenging and draining 5 or 6 years. Its a privelege in the modern world to have time to recover and integrate, its not factored into our model at all. It has also been very satisfying to be able to dedicate myself to the practice and the spiritual healing work without running a business and paying two rents in London. I thank all the clients and donors throught this period, I am grateful for the trust and impressed by the courage, it is a trust I mirror in the teachings and traditions from which I have learnt and courage that nourishes my own. My gratitiude also to my teachers, for their trust with prescious teachings, I promise to honour them and use them for the highest good.

This period is coming to an end now and I’m unsure how the next step looks. The goal is to get this medicine and wisdom where it is most needed, but the infrastructure of supportive individuals around the country is going to take time to build up. I’m also burdened with some debt from my previous life which adds temporary extra difficulties in taking to the road.

I have 10 days left on the boat putting a few things in place, then first stop back to London for a while where my network is strongest but also where these animistic practices are needed so badly.
